Every relationship develops itself differently, I will list some things that I am interested in.

Your income level is only important in that you should be above the poverty line. If you can not afford your own bills and to keep a roof over your head then I have no interest in speaking with you and I hope you gain better control over your life.
I would be open to someone who only has an extra twenty dollars a week and decides to deprive themselves of some thing extra like a game or going out to eat and instead decides(or messes up and has to put it in the "swear jar") to spend the money on me.
