What is in a job
It never fails when someone asks me what I do for a living I say I'm retired. Then the next dreaded question. Where did you retire from. Like that is some sort of magical badge. The longest job I've worked since my military time was 6 years. I've had more jobs then some people have underwear. And when I left wal mart it wasn't because I was retiring even though that was the last job on record. It was because I walked off and never wanted to go back. I would rather like to just say I retired from working. I retired from busting my back 40 to 80 hours a week for someone that could care less about me or who I am. I retired because I had filed my VA claim and I knew I could live on my 401k for a few months if needed. But for now I would like to add a new occupation for those of us that don't care about work. Those of us that have been retired for a long time and not really wanting to tell scammers about that part of our lives. So I propose that the site adds the new occupation of professional couch potato. Surprising that when I say I am a professional couch potato then I don't hear from the scammers anymore. Why because they don't know what a couch potato is.
